Monthly Marketing Services
All monthly service packages must be paid in full before the start of each billing cycle.
Clients are free to cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts.
Because services are custom and time is reserved in advance, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Website Design & One-Time Projects
One-time services such as website design, branding, or audits require a 50% deposit upfront to begin.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery of the completed project.
Due to the customized nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Merchandise & Printed Materials
All merchandise and printed items (e.g., banners, brochures, business cards) require full payment upfront.
Refunds are only available if the item is damaged or misprinted, and photo proof must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
All other sales are final, as these items are custom-made through third-party print partners.
